We're Still Here

Yes, we are still alive. It's been a month since our last post -- and we do apologize to all the people that faithfully check this out. We have gotten back into our routines since the holidays. Audrey was sick for a couple weeks -- but she is finally cough free -- and her nose has finally quit running for the first time since September. We are sure it will be short lived but we'll enjoy it while we can! Audrey is really turning into a little person as she continues to grow. She is 17.5 lbs now. She hasn't started to crawl yet -- but she is working on that. Her first teeth have to be right around the corner as well. Her gums are white and she always has to have something in her mouth. She smiles about 95% of the time -- which makes it really fun for us. The month of January has passed without any major milestones. We are anticipating that to change though. Audrey will continue to work on becoming mobile, and she'll probably be picking out a toothbrush soon. Our social calendar is going to pick up too. So we'll be updating more often now that we can take pictures of something besides us staring at each other. Grandma Betsy came out last weekend -- which was really nice. We even left the comfy (read: warm) confines of the house and met some friends for lunch and went shopping over the weekend -- at least we're not total hermits! Hope you all are enjoying your winter. Spring is right around the corner! Audrey loves her new car seat! Bath time!
