We went to Mpls to visit with the Ghizoni clan and got to see Santino (he just turned two)! We were trying to get the two of them to hug. Didn't get the best shots. They were pretty cute with each other though.
Having some snacks
On Saturday evening, we went to Rice Park in downtown St Paul for the Christmas tree lighting ceremony. The tree is 90 ft tall! Audrey spent a lot of the time snoozing in her stroller. She finally woke up in time for the tree lighting and fireworks. She "oohed" and "aahed" at the fireworks and also clapped for them when they were over.
We woke up on Sunday morning to some snow. Audrey and Grandpa went outside and played. She even went down the hill in the sled. Lots of fun!
These two stick together. Audrey gets a kick out of Piper and I'm pretty sure he likes her quite a bit too.
We are looking forward to another marathon weekend for Christmas! We sure are lucky that we have a child who tolerates car rides :)
